I’m in the rustic cafe in Darby, Montana, a Rocky Mountain town that has friendly people and a cowboy look. I rode 47 miles yesterday to get here from Florence. I’m headed uphill today toward Lost Trail Pass. It will be murderously steep, long, and difficult. I hope I can do it pulling the heavy trailer.
I’ve pedaled over 660 miles in 13 days, including two mountain passes and the Palouse Sand Hills of Washington. That’s over fifty miles per day average. I’m approaching having done 20% of the distance.
I need to get going. Thank you for reading this. My blogging will improve. Please check back every so often.
